El futuro del\u00a0Hombre de Acero\u00a0<\/em>sigue siendo tan incierto como lo era en noviembre de 2017. Aunque tras el fracaso de\u00a0“Liga de la Justicia”<\/strong>\u00a0se comenz\u00f3 a hablar de una nueva estrella para interpretar a\u00a0Superman<\/strong>, lo cierto es que nunca se termin\u00f3 de confirmar nada. El protagonismo que adquiri\u00f3\u00a0Ben Affleck\u00a0<\/strong>y su\u00a0<\/strong>salida de Batman\u00a0<\/strong>durante los meses posteriores, impidi\u00f3 abordar el asunto detenidamente. Todo cambi\u00f3 cuando hace unos meses, una inesperada noticia, alegr\u00f3 tanto como enfad\u00f3:\u00a0Michael B. Jordan\u00a0<\/strong>podr\u00eda ser el sustituto de\u00a0HenryCavill<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En su momento, ni Michael B. Jordan ni\u00a0Warner Bros.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0salieron al paso dando una respuesta oficial, pero la falta de movimiento por parte del estudio con el personaje, y la implicaci\u00f3n de\u00a0Henry Cavill\u00a0<\/strong>en la serie de\u00a0“The Witcher”<\/strong>, hac\u00edan pensar que efectivamente\u00a0se producir\u00eda el traspaso<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan el medio \u00a0Variety\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/em>en un extenso art\u00edculo sobre el futuro del DCEU, el ejecutivo de la\u00a0major<\/em> se reuni\u00f3 a principios de 2019 con B. Jordan<\/strong>\u00a0para abordar el asunto. Ahora bien, la estrella, ante el papel que podr\u00eda ser el m\u00e1s importante de toda su carrera,\u00a0se mostr\u00f3 dubitativo<\/strong>\u00a0con la idea de atarse a un solo trabajo durante varios a\u00f1os. Y es que, fue el propio B.Jordan quien decidi\u00f3 no seguir con las pl\u00e1ticas ya que no ve\u00eda a los ejecutivos comprometidos con realizar una pel\u00edcula de Superman, pues hasta la fecha no hay libreto, ni director vinculado siquiera a una idea para una nueva historia. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Creed II”<\/strong>,\u00a0“Cuesti\u00f3n de Justicia”\u00a0<\/strong>o la serie\u00a0“Educar a un superh\u00e9roe”<\/strong>\u00a0han sido solo algunas de las producciones en las que se le ha podido ver. Y por delante ya tiene fijado en el calendario aparecer con su voz tanto en la serie de\u00a0Marvel<\/em> “What If…?”<\/strong>\u00a0como en\u00a0“Wrong Answer”<\/strong>, el nuevo drama de Ryan Coogler, director con quien ya comparti\u00f3 rodaje en\u00a0“Black Panther”<\/strong>\u00a0y la saga del boxeador. Por lo que podr\u00eda decirse en que el actor esta enfocado en interpretar m\u00faltiples personajes, por lo que interpretar a un solo personaje no le llama la atenci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pero, \u00bfexiste una versi\u00f3n Afroamericana de Superman? Pues si, la respuesta es tan sencilla como esa. <\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Val-Zod (Tierra 2)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Val-Zod<\/strong>\u00a0es un Kryptoniano enviado a la Tierra junto con otras tres naves espaciales antes de la destrucci\u00f3n de su\u00a0planeta natal<\/a>. Al llegar fue encerado por Terry Sloan en una celda debajo del antiguo Asilo Arkham. Tras la segunda invasi\u00f3n de\u00a0Apokolips<\/a>, fue liberado de su confinamiento para proteger la tierra como el nuevo Superman de esta realidad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Historia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

En el mundo alternativo de\u00a0Tierra 2\u00a0la familia Zod proven\u00eda de la\u00a0Isla Vathlo, lugar donde kryptonianos de piel oscura hab\u00edan vivido durante a\u00f1os, Val era hijo \u00fanico, pero cuando sus padres se pronunciaron en contra del Consejo de Krypton fueron presumiblemente encarcelados o bien, ejecutados. Debido a esto, Lara y Jor-El tomaron al joven Val bajo su cuidado y lo trataron como si fuera su propio hijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cuando\u00a0Krypton\u00a0estaba al borde de la destrucci\u00f3n Lara y Jor-El lanzaron cuatro naves de Krypton que lograron escapar del planeta. Una conten\u00eda a\u00a0Kal-El\u00a0que se convertir\u00eda en Superman, la otra conten\u00eda a\u00a0Kara Zor-El\u00a0que llegar\u00eda a ser Power Girl y una de ellas conten\u00eda a Val-Zod. Dentro de la nave su mente fue instruida con la ense\u00f1anza de sus padres, donde aprendi\u00f3 acerca de la paz y la necesidad de evitar la guerra y el conflicto a toda costa. Atascado en la c\u00e1psula la mayor parte de su vida se volvi\u00f3 temeroso de todo aquello que estuviera m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de su “burbuja”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El cast de Jordan hubiera sin duda despertado inter\u00e9s, pues ser\u00eda la primera versi\u00f3n afrodescendiente de Superman. Adem\u00e1s, se desconoce si el plan del estudio era reemplazar al brit\u00e1nico\u00a0Henry Cavill\u00a0por Michael B. Jordan o si m\u00e1s bien era para una nueva saga tal como va a suceder con\u00a0Robert Pattinson\u00a0y\u00a0The Batman<\/a>\u00a0, la cual ser\u00e1 la primera de una trilog\u00eda de pel\u00edculas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las fuentes de\u00a0Variety<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0creen que\u00a0Superman\u00a0<\/strong>no volver\u00e1 a la gran pantalla hasta\u00a0al menos 2023<\/strong>, ya que no hay ni director ni actor asociado a proyecto alguno, por lo que aun el destino del Hombre de Acero es completamente incierto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
